HisShow Partners with Oriental Mission Church to Support VBS for Korean-American Churches

Partnering with churches to make creative, Bible-centered VBS resources accessible to more children
In April 2025, HisShow partnered with Oriental Mission Church (OMC) in Los Angeles to support Korean-American churches preparing for Vacation Bible School.
For many smaller churches, creating an engaging VBS experience can be challenging. Limited staff, budgets, space, and resources often make it difficult to provide the kind of immersive programs they hope to offer their children.
HisShow wanted to help bridge that gap through content.
Helping Churches Bring the Bible to Life
Children today are growing up surrounded by digital media. Videos, games, and interactive experiences are part of their everyday lives—and the way they engage with stories and information continues to change.
At HisShow, we believe Bible education can meet children where they are while remaining firmly rooted in Scripture.
During the VBS training seminar at OMC, pastors and teachers explored practical ways to use creative content to make Bible learning engaging and accessible for children.
Participants experienced HisShow’s worship songs and motions, Bible lessons, activities, and digital resources while learning how each element could be used in their own churches.
More than 70 ministry leaders from across the United States also joined the seminar online, extending the training beyond Los Angeles to churches in different regions.

Introducing Love Project, HisShow VBS 2025
The seminar introduced Love Project, HisShow’s 2025 VBS program centered on the biblical theme of love.
The three-lesson program combines Bible study, worship, interactive challenges, and hands-on activities to help children not only learn biblical truths but experience and remember them.
Interactive Bible study activities also incorporated quizzes and game-based learning, creating opportunities for children to actively participate rather than simply listen.
Participants were also introduced to HisShow’s digital Bible experiences, where technology and HisShow characters help bring Bible stories to life in new and engaging ways.

Making VBS More Accessible for Smaller Churches
One of the most meaningful goals of this partnership was to support churches that may not have the resources to create a large-scale VBS on their own.
Rather than requiring elaborate facilities or large production budgets, HisShow provides ready-to-use digital content and visual resources that churches can adapt to their own ministry environments.
Following the training, participating churches received HisShow’s 2025 VBS digital resources, helping them take what they learned and bring it directly to the children in their communities.
From Korea to Churches Around the World
HisShow began in Korea in 2011 with a simple vision: to create Christian content that children would love and parents could trust.
That vision continues to grow.
Today, we are working alongside churches and ministry partners beyond Korea to make creative, Bible-centered education accessible to more children around the world.
Our partnership with OMC is one example of what that mission looks like in practice—listening to the needs of local churches, sharing resources, and working together to reach the next generation.
Wherever children are growing in faith, HisShow hopes to be there—helping churches bring the Bible to life for the next generation.
